This site is a tribute to David Yadoo, who was born in Banstead Surrey on September 11, 1947. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

David was a keen member and supporter of Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity of rugby. Their whose vision is that through the power of the rugby community, every child and young person has access to the best life opportunities, no matter what their background.
 
They are a grant-making charity and fund life-changing projects across the UK & Ireland.  The largest part of their income is raised by local volunteers. In the last year, they raised and distributed £1,000,700 in grants to support 107 charitable projects helping over 113,000 children and young people living with disabilities, disadvantaged or disenfranchised.   
 
But they need your help more than ever as more children need help.  In the last year Wooden Spoon was only able to fund one in four of the grant applications they received due to the increased demand for grant support.   
 
Please help support the work they do in David’s memory, and in the true spirit of rugby to help change young peoples’ lives.
